25 Safe Movies Your Kids Can Watch on Netflix Right Now

We LOVE reading around here, but we also watch movies (especially on the weekends).  We have Netflix and really like it, but I will say that it can be hard finding movies that are "safe" for the 2 Sisters.

I am pretty fierce in making sure movies are age appropriate, I always have been.  I personally think that a lot of children's toys and movies are simply not age appropriate.

Every parent has to make their own choice for their family but I thought I would put out a list of movies that, in general, I find appropriate for my 8 and 9 year old daughters, and most of these on the list I woudl have though were OK for younger kids, too.

Keep in mind, my family is different than yours so you may find these movies too young or old for your kids.  And no movie is perfect and may have topics come up that you need to discuss with your children.

If you see anything on this list that you believe should not be here, please leave us a comment!
